It is expected that for every accepted paper at least one author is
attending SAGA 2009. The normal registration fee is 10 000 YEN to be paid
at the conference.
The student registration fee is 5000 YEN. If you want to register as a full-time student, you must provide a certificate of your university which has to be shown at the conference registration desk. Please note that the registration fee is including 5000 YEN for the banquet. For making the usual preparation it is necessary that you register. The early registration deadline is September 20, 2009.
We kindly request you to book yourself the hotel in Sapporo. The following hotels are recommended. Please check the corresponding web-sites for details, and prices. All hotels listed are within a short walking distance to the conference location.
